I feel like the number one thing I’ve learned with weed vs alcohol is to really just use your own stuff. Most of the times when I’ve been anxious from weed is when a friend or someone at a party offered it. It’s easier to know how strong a drink is or regulate how many drinks you have, but with weed it’s all over the place. Sometimes I’ll take a small hit from a friend and it turns out it was way stronger than anything I usually smoke and the night is over from there.

 

i am both high on edibles and SLOSHED rn so thats why my opinion should be trusted

 

If you want to partake but want to try and limit the anxiety attacks, I find for me personally when I was having issues with that happening, I switched to using a weed pen and that seemed to help. Easier to dose and I find that the effects are not as heightened as edibles or smoking.

I know at least in Michigan, edibles can be +/- 10% of the THC content that they have listed on the packaging so having a fully accurate idea of what your dosage is can be a bit difficult.

For edibles, I’ll usually stick with a higher CBD to THC ratio. The Wyld peach flavored gummies are my favorite (2:1 cbd to thc) or the strawberry flavor (20:1) are my go to.

 

One really fucked up law passed in a lot (if not most?) states during the height of war on drugs is a murder charge for providing drugs to someone who ends up ODing and dying from it. That applies not just to drug dealers, but if you yourself got the drugs for your own consumption and simply share them with someone

Not big on alcohol. Maybe a couple drinks a month socially. Edibles are my jam, but i started an ssri last week so I’ve put it on the back burner for a bit.

I’ve been to rehab 6 times and the vast majority, like 80% of people there are always there for alcohol, from ages 20-70 and older it is mostly alcoholics

Edit: the fun thing about this thread is even though this was meant for the biden green military, it is just as applicable to whatever book that is.

 

Social Security has been saying my brother has been dead for two years. They are still collecting taxes on him. He's tried to get it fixed a bunch but no one seems to want to fix it for him. My mom just got a notification from his life insurance company about it. Shit's too funny.

So I assume it is not normal for the judge to tell the person on trial that they are doing a good job and we'll be fine.
