Let me guess: a story about a top republican having a phone call where he said he thinks Trump should resign, and then both lying about the nature of that phone call and then also still fully supporting Trump is going to get like a day where its mentioned in the media and then after that totally forgotten because they have to talk about how DeSantis is "winning" (while also completely failing to press any republicans for why they support this violation of freedom of speech)

yeah the problem with casinos is that while it can be a fun, somewhat affordable way to spend an afternoon as long as you are responsible with your money there are a lot of people out there who are not responsible with their money often through no fault of their own. Casinos are setup to take advantage of those people which is super predatory behavior.

I’d ban alcohol way before I ban casinos

 

Alcohol being legal makes little to no sense if just look at how many lives it destroys. It might be worse than cigarettes.

 

Pretty sure cigarettes kills more people than alcohol. Just not in the same way obviously.

I'm not saying they should criminalize alcohol, I am just saying it doesn't make sense that it isn't when much lighter drugs (weed) are illegal.

 

Criminalizing alcohol gets us wonderful shows like this.
