I remember some day in the mid 00s when the most homers at the time were hit in a day. They had a sick compilation on Baseball Tonight. It was like 60+ homers and I remember Kaz Matsui hit one

edit: seems like it was 2002 and Kaz Matsui did not hit one as he was not yet in MLB

I think I was mixing Matsui up with Tsuyoshi Shinjo for the Giants who did hit two homers that day against the Rockies at Coors
