I used to love those two Andy Grammar songs but I know literally nothing else about him haha

    Things have changed.

That big Andy Grammer song is like the 2010s "Cotton Eye Joe" – just fucking abysmal.

I know several people who have gone that don’t even like ICP, and said it was super fun and like all the juggalos are super super nice.

I have respect for ICP as back in 2020 they were one of the first to cancel their festival saying they were not risking their fans.

Saw this pop-up and came in here hoping for a tour announcement, hah! But if NYC is all we get... A trip might be in order.

Not at all. Andrew McMahon almost certainly has more mainstream appeal at this point/is the "bigger act" of the two in that sense, though Dashboard obviously has a huge legacy following. But we're only 5 years removed from having Andrew McMahon songs all over the radio with Fire Escape and So Close, and Cecelia and the Satellite before that. I know Dashboard got some radio play with We Fight but a lotttt more non-fans of either band have def heard Andrew's songs more haha.

Seems like a pretty perfect match tbh.

    idk man

Does anyone have any guesses as to who the blurred name on the Northlane tour is?

If I had to guess I'd say it's either Polaris or Thornhill, because they're both Australian bands that grew up in the same scene as Northlane, but have ongoing US tours that prevent them from announcing now.

There’s a date on a Secondary Ticket market for a local show in the Cleveland area on 9/7.

i was thinking thornhill I’m seeing them tomorrow if I run into them I’ll ask

  25. sleon.518

    idk man

That's who I was thinking too. The big reason I don't think it's Polaris is because at this point I feel like Northlane and Polaris are on pretty equal footing in terms of popularity
