I disagree. I think "Upside Down Mountain" is way and above any of his previous solo albums. Also assuming you've listened to Payola.

been on a crazy Desaparecidos kick these past two weeks, guess its a logical extension to start going through Bright Eye's discography again. I completely forgot how much I love the song Loose Leaves.

 

loose leaves is no lie my favorite song of all time. i've never met someone who has mentioned liking the song. my life is complete now.

but seriously, there isn't a song out there that i find more perfect than loose leaves. its my absolute favorite

I know that. And then they cancelled the tour when Conor got sick and there hasn't been a peep since.
