He sprinkled 2011’s Parting The Sea Between Brightness And Me, which had been Touché Amoré’s best album up until now,

weird since that album sucks

 

TA has one of the most solid discographies out of any band in this or any closely related genres. Nothing sucks.

I wouldn't say the most solid discographies, there's a lot of bands that don't get the same visibility as they do

 

I like Parting the Sea, but ISB is soooooo much better.

i wish they'd kinda reinvent themselves and do more stuff like skyscraper. he just doesn't have a lot of range when he screams and it all blends together for me.

 

I am really liking this new stuff. I like it more musically than vocally. Does anybody have any suggestions on music that captures this same aesthetic with maybe some cleaner more melodic vocals?

 

Rapture is amazing, this album is going to destroy me. Like if you want different vocals listen to a different band smh

Not sure if this was directed at my message or the above. If me, I like the songs and the vocals. I just happen to REALLY like the songs musically and was searching for comparable sounds with less/no screaming Vox

 

The lead in Rapture kind of reminds me of Saosin... Other then that I'm stumped as far as something with less screaming.

 

They sure are keeping this album under tight wraps :(

As someone who watched his father struggle with (and eventually die from) cancer for years, Pianos Become The Teeth always wrecks me but is also so perfect for me, and I have a feeling based on the 4 song released this Touche record will be the same.

 

Epitaph has its own radio station in Forza Horizon 3 and it features "Palm Dreams"! It's always exciting when two unrelated things you love come together.

 

Anyone know if they are selling it at the art show tonight?
