Tucker and all of them know full well that “sacred” does not mean “attainable by only a blessed few.” There are literally hundreds of people qualified to serve on SCOTUS at any given moment in history and it’s a special blend of chauvinism and nationalist brainwashing that lets Exceptionalism fetishists believe otherwise.

Their argument, were it presented with good faith framing, would require the starting assumption that a black woman does not exist within those qualified ranks.
