I don't know if they'll be enough to hold them, but from what i'm seeing on r/combatfootage the Ukrainians seem to be doing a lot of damage to the Russian so far, probably more than some expected. Lots of videos mi-8s and su-25s dodging Ukranian MANPADS and Russian armor on fire.

 

Warning: No actual destruction seen, but horrible and terrifying noises.

 

Alrighty, thinking we should maybe create a dedicated thread for this conflict, as I just realized that these posts will crowd out any domestic politic posts, especially since this conflict will last a while

You can go back a bit to see their only other post in the thread, which was quite lengthy and I believe started with indignation toward some of the mention of Neo-Nazi elements in Ukraine. This all sucks.

 

my friends who live in finland and georgia are terrified right now. i can't even imagine living in ukraine.
