I went to Dashboard at Bowery Ballroom last night and they weren't checking vaccine status either. Unfortunately it looks like we're getting laxed with mandates.

 

last night the guy doing checks outside Le Poisson Rouge triple-checked our vax status but mistook my wife for underage and gave her the "you're like 25 right?" after already putting on the wristband hahah

 

I was at Prudential Center last night for Billie Eilish, and surprisingly enough the security guy I went to did make sure to match my name on my vaccine card and driver’s license.

Was expecting it to be lax at a bigger venue because of the amount of people going through security.

 

This may be a Billie thing, because I saw her a week ago at the above mentioned venue (UBS arena) and was checked, but saw Dua Lipa there two days ago and was not.

 

Billie had signs up saying "per artist's request be masked"

 

I am selfishly stoked the Shikari tour got postponed as i got a work trip scheduled during it.

 

Saw comedian Fluffy the other night at Bridgestone arena in Nashville. No vax card checks at all. Hardly any masks. Everyone cheered when they talked about anti-vax people.

 

He can do shows at arenas? Jesus... I saw him at Tempe Improve years ago, didn't think he was that big (pun not intended).

 

I wish Bodybox would replace Chelsea Grin on that Dying Fetus tour. Sure they would need smaller venues but Dying Fetus, Frozen Soul, Undeath, and Bodybox sounds dank.

 

While it's having a festival in a town close to me, my biggest problem with Aftershock is there is often enough bands to make a fun day... The problem is the bands I want to see are all scattered through the weekend and none of them are the headliner and I don't want to have to pay festival prices, fight for parking, just to see 1-3 bands. I think there are 9 bands I would want to see so if they all wound up on the same day I would have gone but not when they are this scattered.

 

yeah basically sold out an arena. Most of the upper deck was curtained off but everywhere else was filled

 

Yeah he’s still super huge… He’s playing Dodger Stadium in May which is unbelievable
