If this is a tour I'm hoping it's just a Neck Deep/State Champs co-headliner. I'd really prefer to not pay Blackbear prices for the openers only.

yeah I’d think more likely a State Champs/Neck Deep coheadline run happened to be near a Blackbear tour with Mod Sun opening and made a super show out of that.

 

I feel like if a ND/SC tour was happening, it would've been announced by now. Neck Deep's last headliner was announced 8 months before the first date was scheduled, and their headliner before that was announced 6 months prior.

 

hahahah oh man, I got a stubhub email about Bowery Ballroom moving to September and just assumed it would be one big run.

Honestly I'm almost rooting for some TMBG lore about celebrating Flood 30 in its 35th year or something

edit -- Is the stated inclusion of Mink Car tracks a new addition? I had assumed there'd be a mixed set but maybe I never noticed.

 

Was gonna say a ND/SC co-headliner was already a thing, is it already being ran back but then i realized it was early 2016 lol aka 6 years ago

 

Yeah they made an announcement a few weeks back that they’re breaking the whole tour into multiple legs. That way, in case a Covid break were to happen in their touring party, they’d only have to worry about postponing a handful of shows, as opposed to the entire and/or majority of the tour.

And I believe the Mink Car shows were a thing when they announced them. I recall thinking that was a weird move. But I believe they only added them to shows that sold out super quick and got 2nd shows. I think it’s Flood in full, and then a handful of Mink Car songs

 

Damn, every act I want to see on that lineup are all playing Saturday. Might have to dive in on a single day ticket if I can’t pull off Riot Fest again

 

Enter Shikari US tour is postponed. No full announcement but a few new dates popping up

Yungblud feels like what a label would want on that tour for sure, unfortunately.

 

Well the Orlando show is on a Friday now… I guess that’s a win-win.

 

check your local venues, because Municipal (unfortunately not with that full lineup) is playing in Denton 4/1 and I would have had no clue about it if Todd from Kombat didn't tell me about it, so maybe they're doing some other dates???
