Is this in NorCal? This is a great lineup!

 

Jag from A Skylit Drive just put a song under that name when the other guys have brought back the band. I thought Jag had a band called Signals wtf is up with Jag trying to start drama

 

Jag owns the ASD name I think?

 

He isn’t even an original member so I don’t get how he owns the name even if he does I think the right thing to do is let the original members have it

 

This kind of reminds me of the Black Flag/FLAG thing.

It seems the original singer was only there for 1 EP and a quick search shows that Jag is co-writer of most of ASD lyrics. Curious to see what happens

 

Throwing this out there. On May 28 in MA is that big Vagrant Records show with Dashboard Confessional, Alkaline Trio, Thrice, The Get Up Kids, Hot Rod Circuit, The Anniversary.

A week later -- June 4, Alkaline Trio and Thrice are playing at the Atlantic City Beer and Music festival.

Anyone think there's at least a chance at some other northeast Alkaline Trio/Thrice shows around that time frame, hopefully in NYC?

 

They're also playing the Vagrant show in Irvine too… Thrice/ALK3 sounds like a weird combo but that’d be a fun tour!

 

The Mass show is 6/11 and Alkaline isn't on it

 

yes -- i got my dates mixed, the may 28 show is Irvine, CA --- so maybe not northeast, but both are going from CA to NJ together, maybe we get a few dates?

I saw the two play together back in 2008 -- the tour was Rise Against/Alkaline Trio/Thrice/The Gaslight Anthem

and also adding to why i'm speculating this -- the second day of the atlantic city beer and music festival is new found glory and four year strong, which we've now learned this week is a touring package

 

Both bands opened for Rise Against in 2008 with an up and coming band known as The Gaslight Anthem opening the show. That was a sick bill.

 

Both wage war and asking Alexandria cancelled their eu/uk tours

Seeing Heart Attack Man as support was briefly super weird but then immediately not weird at all

 

Damn... I hope they do a west coast tour and come to Utah.

Give me a Limp Bizkit, Lit, and Eve 6 tour so I can just check off seeing all those bands in one night... haha

 

Very here for that Lit tour and I can't wait for that Flint date.
