I was laughing SO HARD when Clayton was like "I'll bet you are wondering why I am Bachelor despite getting 8 minutes of screentime" and his answer was "Because I believe in this process"

You couldn't think of anything better to say or the writers couldn't write anything better?? By definition, almost everyone from the entire franchise believes in the process, that's why they are there haha

 

Did they really reveal THAT much in the season preview

 

No way. It’s all editing trickery.

 

It seemed like that was a final three all together though. Idk. All legitimate final 3 candidates in my eyes too. Hope not!

 

It was definitely just editing tricks (one girl's voice over video of a different girl) plus quick shots from behind, etc.

 

Gen, Eliza, teddi, Kenzie and one more I can’t remember the name of…this is one of the first times ever that I wasn’t instantly smitten by a single contestant on night one, but Teddi did stand out to me.

 

Those were editing tricks. They were wearing different dresses from the back view vs the front view. And I hate that I noticed that. Hahaha

 

She's exhausting

 

at first I thought it was Blake that was engaged to Katie and was like wow, that is truly a wild ride. it’s funny how the last few leads (Peter, Katie, and now Claire) have gone on to date people that left before hometowns.

 

I also read that name and thought it was the other Blake and thought, wow he really wants to be "famous".

People online are speculating that Riley and Maurissa have broken up. I like those two together so I'm hoping it isn't true.

 

Out of the last few seasons, it appears the only couple still together is Matt James and Rachel lol

(not including Michelle and whoever won)

 

Joe and Serena?

 

I meant like Bachelor/Bachelorette lead couples, not BIP.

Im rooting very hard for Joe and Serena!

 

Didn't love Monday's episode. Girls that aggressive in the first week feels like a bit much to me.

 

Yeah they are way out of control so soon. Him/Dem girls really throwing themselves at each other early too eh? Has it always been soft core porny right out the gate? Lol

Clayton:

 

Sometimes the villan is fun to watch, Shanae is a truly vile human.

 

I'm annoyed there wasn't a rose ceremony at the end of the episode. I know they do that regularly, but after the drama it would have been great to actually see what Clayton decided to do. That wasn't even the cocktail hour, just the night portion of the group date.

 

Maybe it's recency bias, but I can't think of a worse human from this franchise than Shanae

Clayton was way happier seeing his his football friend than he's been with any of the women

 

This show needs to hire a new date planner so bad, they've been pretty bad overall since covid but this BBQ date is a whole new level of terrible

 

I just don't understand how this came about lmao, did this family just happen to live near the filming spot so production was like "hey how do you feel about this"?
