And I like Burrow! I think he’s good and one of the best QBs in the game already. He also really needs to get his shit together. His coaching staff and offensive line aren’t helping him so he needs to figure out a way to overcome that. Dude’s gotta have the awareness to just throw the ball away and live for the next down

They didn't blitz all that much tho. Future Jaguar Harold Landry was just dominant

 

Big Ben's had a trash o-line the last 2 years and took as many sacks the whole year is Burrow did in this game.

 

Eh you’re also going too far the other way. He wasn’t bad but he also wasn’t very good. A lot of those sacks he stood in there and went through multiple reads. By like the third sack he has to know this is a game where the ball needs to come out quick. If he were playing a quarterback that only throws 2 ints he loses.

Some games are ugly and you need to win ugly, Burrow showed INCREDIBLE composure given that he could not get any protection. Dude has heart and the 'it' factor. Great game by him MENTALLY. Fuck the stats.
