Haha it is but I’m tired of the same old Bill. This defense, which is supposed to be his specialty, is just trash and has been all year. We need a reboot. Bill wants to go with the same old ass players every year that can’t keep up.

 

I do not believe the Pats defense has anywhere close to trash this year

 

This is both dramatic and crazy.

 

Me, a Pat’s fan, wearing my Josh Allen jersey watching this game has me all confused how to feel.

 

Allen is p good huh

 

They have - terrible run defense and they just got worse overall as the season went on. They beat up on the Jags and Jets but have consistently failed to make critical stops all year.

 

I looked at parlaying Allen scoring first TD and Harris 2tds and it came up as +14920 odds lmao, didn't do it but I am such a sucker with this shit.

Yeah the defense has been rough at times and they need work over the offseason in a lot of places. But firing bill is like, the last thing on the list of things that would help lol

 

They also clamped down on Justin Herbert, who had one of his worst games of the season against them

 

I would simply not sign Jalen Mills and expect him to be some sort of chess-piece starter!

 

Defense was legitimately great in the middle of the season. They've been really bad for a month. Coincidentally, so has Judon.

 

Mills honestly has been fine lol. They just need a lot more athleticism at the line and lb

 

That’s true but I choose to believe, to fit my personal narrative, that if that game occurred later in the season that wouldn’t have happened haha.

Lol he hasn’t been a stud by any means and def has had minus plays but he is not who I look at as “the problem”

 

They clearly need Malcolm Butler

 

I just don’t see Bill making the needed changes. They needed a much bigger overhaul than bringing back old d players past their prime and Aghelor. Henry was a great add and I really do love Mac but I dunno I don’t picture them going out and making big changes. We still have Harry for god’s sake.

 

You both may have different answers, but I'm curious who are the liabilities on this defense. I've admittedly not watched many Patriots games this year
