I fucking slept hard on the Spirit Of The Beehive record. Don’t think it’d have been a particularly significant game changer on my list, but I very much fucked up by not hearing it earlier. I was even a fan of the old stuff, idk what happened here

 

That Spirit of the Beehive record is wild in the best way possible

 

Took me while but it’s definitely Dave’s album. I can’t knock the things he’s saying on the album, but somewhere in the process he forgot to make actual good songs to deliver the message. It’s a shame too because on his previous album he proved he can do that like few of his contemporaries can.
