So I guess two years ago, someone leaked the news about Sonic Frontiers and now that it's official, people are re-examining his post and in the same post he also talks about a Super Mario Odyssey 2.

If true, awesome. It's very compelling, but also probably horseshit, but maybe not?

 

Guessing Sonic frontiers that specifically is no accident.
and Mario Odyssey 2 is a no brainer imo

 

Imagine if we get Breath of the Wild 2 and Odyssey 2 both in 2022. It will be 2017 all over agin in the best way possible.

 

This is the first I’m hearing of sonic frontiers and I hope it doesn’t disappoint because that cinematic feels like a big swing

 

It's very intriguing to me, cause I like where their head is at with some of those landforms but an open world Sonic game feels like it fights against what people expect Sonic to be, which as you said, is a big swing.

The script is being written by this guy, which also intrigues me.

 

Interesting that that's the part that makes you feel old and not Sunshine being my first game haha. I was 6 years old when that game came out

i never should've bought Loop Hero, I really messed up this time y'all. Sat down just to "try it out" last night around 8:00 and when I looked up at the clock a minute later it was 11:30.

 

this was me but I started at like 11pm after playing Psychonauts 2 all evening. truly thought 30 minutes passed but it was 1am lol

 

i warned you guys.

 

If anyone is looking for an OLED, they are pretty easily available from my experience. I have an app for my iphone 'HotStock' that sends me notifications as soon as a console is available online and I have had a handful of chances to get an OLED the past few days, I just know i really dont need it right now. Between Amazon and Target they have been popping up constantly. The app is great too.

Before anyone starts, don't get your hopes up that Silksong will be there haha. Go in with low expectations and you won't be let down.

 

I never have hopes or dreams anymore. It's okay.

Not even sure what Im hoping for with this Indie show. Not expecting Silksong news until at least next summer and my other longstanding hold out, the Cuphead DLC, just got announced.

Hoping for good times, I guess.

 

Just hoping for some good-looking stuff. Maybe some cool surprise ports of stuff that isn't on Switch yet. That's what I always hope for from these.

Indie games tend to be some of my favorites, so I’m excited. But damn if I’m not using all of my will power to not get hyped for Silksong. I know it won’t be there. But still, maybe???
