How Douglas County Schools Are Dealing With COVID Mask Order Reversal

tl;dr version, our new county health department tried to sue the school district over requiring masks in schools, a judge dismissed the lawsuit, but then we had our school board elections which all anti-maskers won, so now they're able to move forward with not requiring masks in schools.

Heaven forbid I have a viewpoint thats different. At least Juicy didn't get away with his lies now that the verdict is in. You all are something else.

 

So I know the recent data is showing that if you get the booster you are still well protected against Omicron, but what does that mean for people who are just getting their first doses? Has there been any data showing how effective moderna or pfizer's first two doses are against Omicron? Like my grandma got moderna around 4 months ago, so she technically shouldn't get/need the booster for another 2 months based on the guidance, but how protected are people who got 2 doses within the last 6 months or sooner?
