It's always been awful.

 

Had to go to my third option (phone) to get tickets this morning for something. Kept getting the dumb "unable to complete the request on this device" error.

 

I don't think I've been able to book a ticket during an on sale date on my desktop since....like 3 years ago.

 

I’ve honestly never had issues getting a ticket until HAIM today

 

Gonna venture a guess that the Amazon Web Services outage is impacting Live Nation just based on how much this first party infographic fellates them for their choices:

To be honest, I'm surprised digital ones were ever accepted. Much easier to fake a digital one.

 

I just folded mine and keep it in my wallet, and I bring my wallet anytime I leave my house so I never don’t have it.
