After rewatching that ending scene a few times I'm thinking Cisco is dead, but Darlene survived. You see the blood splatter on Cisco's side immediately, and you only see what look like blood splatter on Darlene's side a few seconds after it already looks like she ducks, indicating that either she got shot but not in the head or that he hit the ketchup bottle. Also when Dom comes out of the diner she has blood splatter primarily on the right side of her face, the same side Cisco was sitting on.

 

Saw that about the scene where Darlene tells Cisco that Phase 2 is Elliot's plan too

 

No way Cisco survived, he's fulfilled his purpose on the show. But I seriously can't see them killing off Darlene just yet. Too major of a player. But since the FBI got to her, who knows... CAN IT BE NEXT WEDNESDAY ALREADY?!?

 

Holy fuck. That was so intense

Super bummed it's not a two hour finale, I can't stand waiting to know what's going on. I think the only thing that could disappoint me now is if turns out Tyrell was never real/Is actually Elliot or some shit.

 

I think I'm looking forward to the eventual moment where Elliot and Dom meet just as much if not more than i'm looking forward to the mystery of Tyrell being unveiled.

Thats....I don't know. Looking into it too much. Or they smoked some good ass shit.

But really, the 2nd half of this season has been so so good. Has kept me on the edge multiple times and I think I've said this before about this show, but I don't think any show has done that for me this well since Breaking Bad.

i agree with everything here. as i said yesterday, i've been dreading his fate all season and then BAM, last night it happened. I thought something was going to happen while the shot was on darlene telling the story in the hospital, with the focus on the front entrance doors

 

Love that this was brought up because I kept wondering if this was to remind us about Phase 2 and the way Angela was talking, made it seem as if she was wearing a wire. Cannot wait to see how it pans out next week

 

Angela looked surprised when the two people (who we all assume are the FBI agents?) show up, I really don't think she was wearing a wire

 

If you saw the preview for next week, she's in the back of a van not knowing where she's being taken

 

and you can clearly see that the two people she's with are clearly the people that showed up on the subway- larger African American male and blonde/brown/red headed woman ( I don't remember which)

 

Towards the end of the preview, she's with a woman who looks like the mysterious one from the EPA (or wherever she was last week)

My analysis says Cisco is defintely dead and Darlene is questionable. Good move on Esmail's part having the window basically look like it has a red tint - especially on Darlene's hair - so it's very unclear
I still think there's a possibility it's not them but expect to be proven wrong.


Cool theory I read is that Darlene dies, but Elliot will start seeing her like he sees his dad

 

If this were Walking Dead those 2 would not show up for 5 episodes and then be hiding under a dumpster

 

fuck, now I really wanna make an edit of Mr. Robot if it were Walking Dead.

End of Season 1 door knock is just Darlene.
Tyrell is just in Canada
Romero's killing was just a random murder
Season 2 begins with everything being a-ok in the world with the government somehow reverting all the damage the hack did.

If you listen closely to the audio during that scene you can clearly hear Darlene's voice yelling "No!" at Dom.

 

I like the theory that Shayla phished Elliot. It could explain all the hints at wires/people being listed on. Also, apparently Cisco's name in the show is Francis Shaw. Shayla's real Actor name is Frankie Shaw.

Can you elaborate what it actually means when people say Shayla phished Elliot?

 

From what I gathered on /r/mrrobot Cisco hired Shayla to 'socially' hack Elliot. The Cisco connection comes from Cisco's name (Francis Shaw) being the same as Shayla's actress (Frankie Shaw). The "phishing" is hinted by the fact that she has a 'lie'(saying she's bleeding to death) to get into Elliot's apartment (and thus his life). Then she literally gives him a fish. Then there's some shit that the drugs she gave Elliot were to control his life or something
I don't buy into it and think the name thing is just an easter egg. The guy who has been ranting about 'knowing it' on /r/mrrobot doesn't seem to be that smart TBH

 

Someone enlighten me, haven't watched since the season 1 finale.

Who was at the door during the end credits of last season's finale, and is Tyrell a figment of Elliot's mind?
