songs are nice enough, definitely not my favorite material from them, but a nice little EP

it's so good

 

until the feature comes in, "Jimmy Jimmy" could be on Modern Life is Rubbish lol

 

yeah this is hardly among their best work but it's a solid little stopgap until (I hope) Song Machine s2 comes along. first track is great, second is fairly enjoyable, third is pretty unforgivably bad

 

That's funny because I view it exactly the opposite

 

they all feel pretty "ok" across the board for me

 

Yeah all three are perfectly fine, not even close to their best or worst material

 

For a random, surprise, low-stakes EP, it's a fun one.

Looks like Season Two might not happen or it will happen in a much different way than Season 1. Damon's focusing a lot on the Bad Bunny stuff he made and says that it's just not viable to release so many videos on YouTube. I think they're struggling financially to find a way to do all this stuff they want to do. Who knows.

 

I'm not worried in the slightest, they just released a new EP, Damon is about to release a solo album, he never stops making music

 

Actually listening to the debut front to back for the first time in a long time. Regret ranking it at #2 haha. Still has some of my favorite songs, but there's so many duds. New ranking:
