I really don't like Sia.

 

Tech bloggers hate Sia.

 

You can charge your phone and listen to music at the same time, just not with wired headphones.

Could using bluetooth / speakers / airpods.

Otherwise, nope.

 

I never do that

 

Believe it or not, it's a thing other people do.

 

I'm gonna eat the airpods and play music from my stomach.

 

I tend to charge and play music/podcasts at the same time in my car, where I don't have bluetooth. So that's a bummer.

 

Anyone on an iPhone Upgrade program right now? Thoughts? I bought mine outright last year and am thinking of trading it in and hopping on this instead.

 

Yeah I frequently drive while listening to podcasts and charging my phone at the same time, so this sucks hard

Bluetooth in the car is awesome. I have a tiny little speaker in the cup holder. It's great.

 

Honestly not in a rush to upgrade from the 6S... wireless headphones don't really interest me and I'm not looking forward to having to carry around an adapter wherever I go, or losing the ability to charge and play music at the same time in my car.

 

If you use an aux cord in your car, consider upgrading your audio system. I got a great pioneer stereo for like $90 off Amazon and they are the easiest things to install. Having one plugin to charge and stream music is the best.

 

Literally only do this in the car, and most cars come with bluetooth options anyways now.

 

I was going to say I don't really listen and charge at the same time, but didn't think about in the car. Now THAT I do a lot, especially when using LTE instead of things I already have downloaded.

 

I really wish my car didn't have such a wacky system in it or I'd have changed it out forever ago :(

Yeah haha. And I'm not going to change out my stereo just because of it right now. I'm thinking I'll wait until the s cycle on this phone anyway. So I'll have plenty of time to figure things out.
