Louder Now should be remastered

 

Sort of. There is that one clip where the guy was talking about production, so we know they exist. Plus Jim mention something like they did 14-15 songs or something. When that albums hits its 10 or 20 year anniversary maybe we’ll be getting a 3 disc album of that too (although it doesn’t really rival Futures in their discography to me).

 

They should remaster the Surviving b-sides.

 

We were spoiled to have deluxe albums of some of the most beloved Jimmy records come out already. Now they are getting this super deluxe versions. I don’t think it’s unfair to want the complete era of an Integrity Blues or Surviving (or any other album) if they’ve got them.

 

I was just having fun - I think I actually want the Surviving b-sides as much as, if not more than, you. I would pay any amount of money at this point to get ahold of them.

 

Hahah….I know. There are a small group of us he keep talking about them but they ever come out everybody wins. Honestly, if I knew there were more unreleased IB bsides, I’d be saying bring in the IB bsides too. Band just does so many great songs per album cycle that some strong ones don’t always make the record.

 

I feel the exact same way - the only reason I've never harped on Integrity Blues b-sides before is that I never heard anything about them, whereas we had that TEASE of a YouTube video about sound production or something with a full-fledged, kickass-sounding Jimmy Eat World song playing underneath the guy talking.

Just got back from seeing Jimmy. If their setlist stays the same the whole tour, you’re all in for quite the treat, if you’re seeing them on this tour. Lots of deep cuts.

You'd be hard pressed to slap together 14-15 songs from Jimmy and not have an awesome set list.

 

especially because you know Sweetness and The Middle will be played regardless of whether there's an encore or not

 

Avoiding setlist spoilers before Spokane tomorrow...just curious if Jimmy is closing each night or if they alternate closing.

Band sounded good tonight, some absolute assholes in the mosh pit though

 

The people behind me were the actual worst. They obv didn't like Jimmy aside from the old hits and they wouldn't STFU during their other songs. Talked through 555 so I could barely hear the song. They talked loudly the entire set. I know their entire life stories. I know she works in the medical field and makes $18/hr with no benefits and her coworker was recently let go for not getting vaccinated. Omfg.

 

Omg we had some really loud folks during 555 too!! However, I will say there was a gaggle of women behind me for Night Drive and they shouted along to every word, which was off-key but very endearing!
