I think the new Ratchet and Clank was the most fun i've ever had playing a video game. Like just pure god damn fun the entire time.

 

Ratchet was a blast to play, but I wouldn’t say it was a MUST play. It’s next-gen-ness was great and showcased what the system is capable of

 

I'd like to say I like both franchises because I want to be both supportive and contrarian, but the harsh reality is I've played neither game because I do not own a PS4 or PS5, and so instead I hang my head in shame.

 

Addendum to my previous post. Because I am unfortunate and live vicariously through other people like a dog begging for scraps at the door, I have watched people play through both Spider-Man and Ratchet And Clank.

They both looked like a lot of fun.

I love the debate that occurred here regarding the two games. I’m going to go with Spider-Man first. I expect them both to be fun games and that’s all I can ask.

 

More value with Spiderman deluxe for sure.

 

Has anyone played New World? It looks good and the reception seems really good. Not typically a huge fan of MMO’s but I’m intrigued.

 

Is the reception good? I haven't bothered checking it out, but I did see on Steam right now only 50% of people are rating it positive. That's not great, but I dunno if some stupid review bombing thing is going on.

The name was changed already. It went from “Project Triangle Strategy” to “Triangle Strategy”.

 

Yoshida said way ahead of time there was no XVI also

They are trying to not do another update till they have a playable demo

the reception ive seen to new world has not been good. looks like every other theme park style mmorpg on the market to me and apparently the servers are fucking terrible and the ping is double what it should be for every region.
