    The intrusive whisper fascinates me

Might have to hit up that Anaheim date!

Skip your local Tool show and go see this band instead:

Is anyone going to some of the first dates of the Suicideboys tour? I'm debating driving down to Columbus to watch Turnstile and then immediately head back to Michigan because I'm flying to Orlando the next morning and want to see if it's doable.

Turnstile is likely only playing 25-30 mins on this tour haha not really sure if it's worth the drive for that short of a set when the crowd also probably won't be super familiar with them

That's also a big part tugging at me, unfortunately. I'm mostly just upset I'm going to be on vacation when the tour's in Michigan haha.

My joke opinions on Tool's music being terrible aside, Maynard is a sucky human being who has a sketchy history with some sexual assault allegations.

Even with the sexual assault allegations aside, MJK has struck as a person I would NOT like to interact with in any social situation, regardless of if he was a celebrity or not. Just seems super arrogant these days. I think Tool were one of those bands that SEEMED super deep/insightful/different for many of us who came of age to them but, honestly, while I'll still think they're great they really are limited in terms of their musical scope and stay within the lines (amazing technical abilities aside).

MJK is a pretentious dick who unambiguously used parasocial relationships to sleep with fans.

Throw Tool to the bin with RHCP and ADTR, and all the other shitty rock bros that have managed to fly under the radar by having large, non-online casual fanbases.

I have a theory that the reason Anthony from RHCP has essentially done zero press around and since their 2016 album is due to him not wanting people to ask him about all the underage girls he talked about being with in his autobiography.

The HOB Orlando craziness continues. Next week's DGD show moved to The Vanguard.

Every event since early September has been either been cancelled, postponed, or moved to a different area venue with very little notice and no exact reasons given.

is it the vanguard smaller then the HOB and is it DGD sold out? That’s going to be rough

It felt quite smaller when I was there last week. Not sure if DGD was sold out before the change, but Vanguard's site is saying it's sold out so maybe it hit their capacity.

I will say I was concerned with how they were going to accommodate my tickets since I had purchased Loge seats for State Champs. I'm not one to complain, but I will make my voice heard if I don't get what I paid (a lot) for. So when they brought me upstairs and gave me and my wife a *couch* to sit on right in front of the barricade and directly next to the sound board, I was ecstatic. They had told me that two others would be assigned to sit with us, but no one else showed up. Very happy with how it all turned out. Only downside is this venue doesn't serve food.

Are Loathe and Polyphia still opening? If they’re going to be bringing on different openers (due to schedule conflicts maybe), Spiritbox would be awesome

I’ll be at the DGD St Pete date. I live in Tampa. I was just curious because I think they did sell out the HOB and I thought Vanguard was smaller. I only been that venue when it was Firestone and I remember being much smaller so I was wondering how they would accommodate it
