In 2002, I found it hilarious when seniors painted a large ejaculating penis on top of the middle school roof that was visible from our high school cafeteria

    yes. Big fan. but no.

if it was at the independent school parents’ banks and law offices? Now we are talking.

just leave teachers out of it. They deserve better.

  5. It's not funny. Schools shutting down bathrooms, making kids hold it, having people monitor the one bathroom that's open, some poor person having to clean up the mess.

Yeah the closing of bathrooms is just begging for a lawsuit when some kid with an IEP or 504 with bathroom provisions in it can’t go use the bathroom because of all the dumbassery going on and etc., draining even more money from the district while the community bitches and complains about the next tax raise to fund the school and etc

we haven’t closed off our bathrooms yet (minus when they were being fixed of course) but another HS in our district did already

Seniors at my school did that, except they burned it into the football field lol. My science teacher could barely contain his laughter

if teachers and principals aren't letting kids go to the school because they're worried soap dispensers will get stolen that seems worse, not saying it's okay but just generally speaking the fact that going to the bathroom during school hours is such a pain is a problem

anyone who is too selfish to contribute to the general welfare should not be teaching students

  12. I stole computer speakers from school in 9th grade. One kid stole a door. And yes, people pooped in the urinals

Ehh..."It doesn't matter if the bathrooms keep getting vandalized, we should change absolutely nothing about procedure" is not a great way to run a school full of people who don't quite understand how to behave/follow rules and are quite possibly in the only environment where they're getting any direction on that at all. It would get progressively worse until it became either an untenable environment for kids trying to get educated, or dangerous, or both.

And again worth saying that soap dispensers getting stolen is not the only thing going on here.
(also ripping those things off the wall creates a big mess and makes a lot of extra work for other people who don't need it or get paid enough to do it)

yeah people pooped in the urinals all the time and we all stole so much from the student store. Drinks and chips etc. It just fucked us over because we had no money for activities and what not.

also me and 3 friends got our entire senior class kicked out of the zoo and our high school never went back lol.

These schools have heard of hand sanitizer, right?

  16. do you wanna stand outside of the bathroom pumping sanitizer into everyone’s hand?

I think the worst thing that happened at our school was people smoking and/or doing drugs in the bathroom/school parking lot lol.

I do remember someone making mustard gas by accident in a chem class lol. Also same chem teacher had a fish tank and all the fish died and nothing was ever confirmed but the rumor was someone poured a chemical in there that wasn't supposed to be in there.

I'll be honest I don't recall if I ever even stepped foot in a bathroom in high school. Never liked using the school bathrooms no matter how old I was

If you need to post me outside of the bathroom to otherwise supervise then sure why not?

I'm just saying, the fuck are these schools shutting down bathrooms for if the sink/soap are missing? It's not like high school kids are washing their hands to begin with.

Nah they're shutting them down to stop more vandalism from happening hahah

i'm sure I used them sometimes but there were definitely plenty of days I would go without peeing lol

though we were allowed to leave school for lunch so I remember I would go home for lunch a lot junior and senior year and I would pee then.
