Fast and angry and formulaic or not, it is clearly just a raw response to 2020. A necessary banger.

 

When I first heard the intro I thought you were insane, but as the song went along I agreed more with this. Not bad by any means, and I'm sure I'll come to enjoy it more and won't skip it in the context of the album, but certainly my least favorite of the songs released so far.

The mispronunciation of "guillotine" certainly doesn't help.

 

I think it has great spots for singalongs for live shows, but for, uhm, home listening it's a bit... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

and yeah obvs ETID can't write a bad song per se, but the bar is so fucking high with the last 4.

 

If anything it’s like..30 seconds too long lol

 

it's a perfect tune for going HAM in the pit or working out for sure

 

Yeah I'm not a big lyrics guy and this song is pretty fun. Hard to imagine guitars sounding any better than they sound here.

 

They’d actually been playing this for a bit before the pandemic. I saw them play it 3/12/2020 in Chicago.

 

Breakdown towards the end gives me big dirty vibes and I am here for that
