I sleep in silence, and if I start to fall asleep while the tv is on I'll pause it before I fall asleep.

I have a mini fan on in my room 24/7 that I actually forgot to mention cuz I'm so used to it. Sleeping without it would be rough now.

 

I can basically fall asleep under most any circumstances if I'm laying down past midnight. It's almost embarassing. Though recently I've been waking up super early and can't go back to sleep, which sucks
