I've never been much of a listen with headphones in bed guy, I guess because I like sleeping on my left or right side, so there is always one earbud pushing against my inner ear.

I feel hopeless about dating by default. Being very introverted, I haven't had many relationships, well really only the one, so I constantly feel like I'll never meet someone. I have a sleeping playlist I fall asleep to every so often. I can fall asleep to stuff like the office or friends. volume has to be pretty low though.

 

I can fall asleep to static noise/podcasts but it eventually wakes me up and I turn it off.

But I get right back to sleep after, so its better than having my mind wander for 30 minutes to an hour otherwise.
