This is stats cherrypicking for sure but Adam Wainwright is really having a historic year for a guy his age. Only Randy Johnson, Cy Young, and Bartolo Colon have ever been as old as him and thrown as many innings as he has this year with as good of an ERA and K:BB ratio as he has managed.



We could also just talk about 2004 Randy instead if y'all want though, would make me just as happy

Well this is interest according to Hunter Renfroe, MLB told the Red Sox to stop testing players for COVID and just treat the symptoms. The team refused and continued to keep testing the players.

Have to wonder if MLB asked other teams with outbacks to stop testing. Probably the reason why MLB didn’t cancel and Sox games during their outbreaks like they did other teams games.
