Don't know how true it is but someone said it was three members of their security that tested positive

 

They are supposed to play with GWAR on their fall tour. Considering one of GWAR’s guitarists just got over a bout of cancer and a lot of their shows are livenation and in cities where vax mandates for shows are going to be happening, I hope they drop off the fucking tour.

 

I was not expecting this from a Hardcore band

 

Nearly all the old 80s/90s NYHC bands became cornballs into the past few years. Madball included.

 

A lot people in punk and hardcore (mostly fans, but lots of musicians in there too) are Covid-deniers/anti-vaxers. There’s something kinda ironic about it, and I can’t put my finger on what…

Fred came out after the announcement and signed autographs. Someone said they heard Fred say someone in the organization got covid.

 

Oof, not a good sign when Zach Lind brings up the possibility of the JEW/TBS tour getting cancelled…

 

I’ll be so sad if they cancel! Fingers crossed they make the tour happen but just require everyone to be vaccinated.

 

I’m afraid we’re going to keep seeing more and more of this

 

This is becoming more and more grim as days go on. I’m really starting to worry about some of the shows I’ve got coming up the next few months…

Big bummer on the LB shows. Originally had a ticket for Buffalo but couldn't go because of the CAN/US land border then took a stopover in LA to see them there lol

Interestingly the only Livenation show actually "cancelled" is New Hampshire but I don't have much hope for the rest. No official news from the band either.

 

So from what I am reading from people who were at the show last night right before cancellation and met Fred Durst afterwards, Fred told fans that they did soundcheck and everything was ready to go but Live Nation pulled the plug on it.

 

Guess it's just one of those days

Now I'm seeing that the bassist tested positive for covid so I'm not sure what's going on

 

Courtney from Spiritbox said yesterday on Instagram that they're all covid negative. Idk if she meant just Spiritbox or everyone. Wish LB would update us on their socials but as of now there's nothing
