got to season 2 of Six Feet Under

it's weird how things change on this show. some things will change at the drop of a hat and we're just supposed to go with it, while others are largely static and we're supposed to kind of just be ok with that too. idk..I like it but it's very hard to get comfortable with liking a single character thus far

 

the characters definitely develop / deepen as people as the show goes on and IMO the writing improves as well. I think early on it's still figuring out what it means to do.

 

S3 onwards was the sweet spot for that show for me

 

good to hear. I can't wait to see what's next

Paris Hilton’s cooking show is like calming but chaotic and I honestly love it.

 

Every new episode of The White Lotus has surprised me more than the previous and it’s really firing on all cylinders at this point. Every scene has me on the edge of my seat or cracking up. Honestly think it’s one of the funnest shows out right now. Sucks it’s only six episodes. I would happily watch seasons and seasons of this shit.

 

I'm watching the Obama docu on hbo. Boy oh boy do I miss this man so much.

Finished season two of Infinity Train. This show is incredible. It's so inventive and deeply affecting. It's amazing how much it accomplishes in each ten minute episode, each ten episode season.

Watching the series “The Staircase” and it’s interesting to see behind the scenes of a lawyer and a team prepping for a murder trial but it’s absolutely fucking comedic gold watching the lawyer deal with the bumbling idiot who runs the images/videos that will play during the statements.
