edit: Look at the slow-mo on Tozawa. He pulls the kick a little and Tozawa is falling back to soften the blow...but he's 100% got a shoe print on his face an hour later. If you go to Cesaro at 3:28, you can see how someone still makes it look amazing while taking almost no contact

No doubt that Heyman has his hand in the Reigns stuff, but, unless something has changed, Paul hasn't been on creative for quite some time. The disparagement between non-Roman Reigns Smackdown stuff and Raw as a whole is still a pretty big one, at least in my opinion.

Unrelated, but on the Bryan note, he will make any promotion he signs with instantly better. It's not just the in-ring quality. You're getting a guy with a wealth of knowledge and experience who is compassionate, articulate, and thoughtful. He'll make any locker room he steps into exponentially better. Bryan has so, so, so much to contribute beyond just what he does in the ring.

 

DB debuts. The place goes nuts with YES chants. DB cuts a promo in politeness. MJF comes out and calls him a treehugging something. The match will be good.

I’ll mark the fuck out for punk. I started watching in 2011 after 10+ years not watching, and if punk wasn’t there I would’ve quit watching WWE way sooner.
