@cshadows2887 recommended me Mystery Science Theater one night and it was super fun. I’ve done it two or three times now, it’s just fun absurdity

I haven't watched the last season of Santa Clarita Diet for this reason. I know it was canned and I want there to still be new episodes.

So yes, I can relate... because we're both mentally ill.

Has anyone else been watching Genera+ion on HBO Max? Really great stuff. Justice Smith is giving a great performance. @xkaylinh feels like it might be up your alley.

the tomorrow war is mediocre at best. mike mitchell playing a character was legit the only remarkable thing about it

You have to watch the Space Mutiny episode next. Might be even better than the movie

Agreed! ”I still support the railing system!” might just be their single best joke.

What are some other favorites of yours? I’ve been meaning to watch a few more.

I love Hobgoblins, Werewolf, The Final Sacrifice, Future War and Timechasers

  9. Timechasers is also great. And The Final Sacrifice is a classic.

Ok, let me think … “Manos: Hands of Fate,” “Puma Man” and “Squirm” all come to mind.

Will probably watch at least one of those tonight.

Sadly, The Final Sacrifice does not seem to be available currently so I won’t be able to get my fill of yelling “Rozdower!”

The Tomorrow War is something to put on when you just want some general entertainment to watch; it’s not great, but it’s not terrible either. That scene where they capture the female alien is wild

Also, the story choices they make regarding time travel make no fucking sense

Took an edible and put on the Space Mutiny episode. I forgot they were sitting in the corner and then they stood up and walked out and I thought I forgot I was sitting in a movie theater

A lot of the criticism seen in The Tomorrow War reviews on Amazon are why it's so woke, hahahha

Really looking forward to looking into some of the animated films they just put on Criterion Channel. I don’t know anything about most of ‘em outside of Paprika & Persepolis, but looks like some pretty neat stuff.

It has one of the most amazingly baffling scenes in television history. @Meerkat and I cackled for hours over that. But it’s also super fun.
