I went to a house show in Florida that Ruby performed at, maybe a week or two after her signing. Pretty sure she came out to Joan Jett for entrance music, and not even sure she was going by Ruby Riott yet. Some people knew who she was, but it was a pretty small crowd in general. But she worked babyface in a match against Mandy Rose and in the span of 3 minutes won over the entire crowd completely and got one of the biggest reactions out of anyone, and the card included Asuka, Shinsuke, Ohno, Sanity, Roode when he was champ, and Dillinger. Really blown away at how majorly WWE dropped the ball with her

 

I’m not surprised - WWE drops the ball with most of their talent it’s why their ratings are shit

 

Fake Kenny Omega has to be portraied by Kane tho

 

Braun would do fine in AEW. Because they would put him in a position to succeed. That being said who knows if he’d want to go there.

Now get Santana there. She needs to be somewhere.

 

They have lance archer, they don’t need more big monster types

 

But you know Cody wants to bring him in so he can slay the monster!

 

Yeah, they should have a match that’s lance archer vs big show vs braun it’ll be fun lol

 

This was my line of thinking. Archer and Cage already are their monsters, and they also have Miro/Wardlow/Hager/Luchasaurus as big men they generally protect/are already running "they dominate" story lines with. You gotta sacrifice at least one, if not 2 or 3 of them to get Braun over in AEW...doesnt seem worth it

Yeah, you’re gonna also have way worse matches from braun than any other dude they can get. They have their own versions of braun that are much better wrestlers and already have a more well-developed character.

The nxt fatal five way sounds good on paper but it’s just gonna be an overbooked mess

 

I shit on a lot of WWE renamings, but I genuinely thought Ruby Riot(t) was a great name.

 

Also it’s just a SUPER LAZY way to book. Makes none of the challengers special.
