Where’s that Turnstile song?!?

 

It's a thing. It's a natural progression forward from Time & Space, but doesn't have the teeth I was expecting. Could've been an Angel Du$t song tbh.

 

I like Angel Dust but I hope they don’t go that far.

 

But Time & Space had this almost RATM-esque energy to it that really brought it to life with songs like Generator and Real Thing. The "softer" tracks like this on T&S worked well because they were nice breathers (looking at you, Moon). This just doesn't work as well in a vacuum as a single for me.

 

That’s one of the disadvantages of singles.

I dug the single, sounds like they’re keeping up with evolving their sound after T&S and I’m looking forward to the album.

New Fuming Mouth!

 

Really enjoying both the Turnstile and Fuming Mouth songs. I don’t think the Turnstile track is that far removed from their previous material.

 

I really like the Turnstile song. I never really care for the echo effect on vocals like that, but otherwise I dig it quite a bit.

 

That Turnstile song is not as out there as people are making it seem. Also very much what I thought they’d go for.

I think the song starts and stops on something TUI would do so it’s throwing people off. Other than that, it’s Turnstile.

Anyone pick up that AN live 7 inch from B9? Wondering how the sound is? They sold out of clear but they still have Blue (600 made).

 

Copped tickets to my first show in over a year - Enforced and M.A.D. in Richmond in August. So stoked to hopefully be getting back to some level of normalcy by then.
