has anyone else tried to get a refund from Ticketmaster recently? I’m no longer able to go to a reschedule show and they sent an email with a button to request a refund. When I click that, i can only email or chat with customer service. I keep being disconnected from the chat and email they won’t answer.

 

I just did, the same thing happened, on the event page where your tickets are, on the right bottom there should be a help icon, click on the "live chat" and there should be an option for "refund my ticket"

 

They’re automatically saying I’m not eligible for a refund (despite the email that provided the link to that page saying I was) and I can’t even start a chat saying I need one.

There’s an arena tour booked for Twenty One Pilots. A couple arenas have been teasing

 

i would typically go to richmond for this, but i’m thinking of doing the last date in TN. should be fun as hell.

Rod Stewart just postponed his tour with Cheap Trick until summer 2022. Oh my.

 

That sucks, have you tried emailing their general help page?

 

Man, the narrative of all this just makes no sense. "We're postponing these previously announced tours due to safety concerns BUT here's a whole slew of new tour announcements for the same time period. Those are, uh, mostly safe, we guess."

 

I was wondering about a TOP tour, as they dont have anything yet for their new album

 

yeah they told me I’m not eligible and I sent back a screen shot of the email saying I am and they won’t answer haha. It’s insane to me they don’t have a number to call, they just tell you to use their terrible chat system or email

 

It looks like they're only on the Bay Area show but hopefully they come down to socal.

Now I need to find three vaxed friends to go with me since the only tickets available required four to be purchased...

I wonder if it's just a logistic thing? The big tours are bigger productions, bigger crews, and might not be as easy to cancel if a club show needs to be cancelled?
