That video was sick. The ride looks great too, especially those loops at the end.

I'm going to Orlando in the fall for Disney and Universal, so if anyone has recommendations, feel free to hit me up! We're also seeing NFG/Simple Plan and Tame Impala while we're in the city too!

You said it's your first time going, yeah? Are you staying at a hotel in the city or at a Disney/Universal hotel?

Yup, both of our first times! We're looking at staying at an Airbnb and renting a car/driving to Disney/Universal each day.

Which Universal parks are you going to? Both, or just one? If so, I have recommendations on which rides to prioritize.

One day of each! Then we're thinking one day at Animal Kingdom and one day at Hollywood (then park hopping to Magic Kingdom for highlights)

Gotta add Velocicoaster to the Islands of Adventure must-do’s now too

If you buy an Express Pass at Universal you can do both parks in a day. Disney requires a full day for all of the parks except Animal Kingdom.

You're right. Added it to number 1 spot, haven't rode on it yet, but it'll be #1.

My partner & I are taking a long weekend trip to Lake George, NY in a few weeks and are thinking about doing Six Flags Great Escape, has anyone ever been? She's from Jersey & has been to Great Adventure a million times but never any other Six Flags

    Welll, here we go...

Let’s see how long before Disney does the same

Just returned from a Disney trip 5/15-5/23. About 12 hours before our arrival flight, they announced the change in mask policy to "optional outdoors, mandated in ride queues and indoors". My husband and I are both fully vaccinated, no kids. It was a relief taking off the mask outdoors away from people. I never really felt unsafe and I never had to ask anyone in line behind me or in front of me to give us space.

I don't think it took them very long to react to Universal's mask update the last time.

People who refuse to get the vaccine will be the first to be maskless indoors, and I worry about all the kids who can't get vaccinated who will get sick because of this. Hopefully parents are smart and make their kids wear masks indoors still.
