The first date of the Chicago stop for that tour is in a really small venue which is sick

 

The bulk of bands on Thursday will be on the festival. There's one (maybe more, but so far they've just highlighted one) that will be exclusive to Thursday.

There's no way bands on that poster will only be playing Thursday. People would (pun intended) riot.

So close, but so far. Bummer because all the bands on that tour would have been great adds!

 

Will definitely be at that MP show super sick lineup! Glad I have something to kick off with

 

Parkway Drive tour is cancelled, but with MP tour we still have 5 days of live music!

 

Lollapalooza lineup is up

Lollapalooza – July 29-August 1, 2021 – Grant Park, Chicago

 

I said this previous but I'd love to see Microwave on this final addition.

Gonna catch that MP, AD, Pinkshift when it comes to Nashville.

 

There is Jimmy Eat World, All Time Low and Angels & airwaves

 

I can't go to Riot this year, so I will make Lolla happen. Never been in my 13 years of living in Chicago!

 

Don't forget Limp Bizkit.

Journey may even be weirder

 

Limp Bizkit, at Lollapalooza, in 2021, on the THIRD line, is definitely a huge shock lol

Honestly they seem like a really fun act to see at a festival. I'd never pay money to see a stand alone show though.

 

I can’t believe that they got Journey and Limp! Riot Fest really missed out! Hahahaha!

 

Journey would have to headline if they played Riot; they still play arenas

 

the lolla sub is gonna be realllll bummed about this, haha.

 

Limp will have one of the biggest crowds of the weekend.

 

Im sad that Jimmy is at Lolla and not Riot. I was really hoping they would play Bleed American in full

 

Wish Riot had gotten AVA, JEW and Front Bottoms. But aside from Foo Fighters I'm pretty disappointed with Lolla's top lines.

 

I wonder why they didnt just announce him last week?

thats my thought to, his tour poster from a few weeks ago clearly had the spot for it, why delay a big (if controversial) name like that? guess it doesnt matter since they sold out in record time anyways. dear god hope he isnt the Thursday exclusive...

 

I refuse to believe it's actually sold out, I think they are just planning on selling a shitload of single day and two day passes... I don't think the Misfits in 2016 sold out, and that's the biggest get they ever got at Douglas Park

 

Same. I know people are craving live music and everything fest will sell out this year, but I just cant believe there wasnt a massive wave of refund requests after MCR dropped. They're definitely hoping to make some extra money by selling more single day tickets.
