Besides the Wolf Pack and the chorus to Bullets In The Wind I literally remember nothing about the album. I can’t even name 5 song titles. It wasn’t bad by any means but it was really forgettable which unfortunately sums up Tom for me since he left blink in 2015. I really want to like the new AVA album so hopefully he will surprise me and I will.

 

I implore you to revisit it with an open mind

 

I did around this time last year. I listened to it and had the same opinion as before and an hour or so later completely forgotten what I listened to.

A lot of the writing on Dream Walker felt kinda fresh which made me automatically assume Ilan wrote those parts lol. HATE the production on the album though. It sounds terrible mostly to me

 

I think it was a good collaboration. I get the impression that it's mostly Tom's writing with Ilan telling him to cut out the more cheesy bits.

 

Mercenaries is good. That’s about it

I still love Dream Walker

 

I'm sure there's some clip of Tom in the studio reciting some of his weird lyrics about getting off and Ilan being like "um...what?". It's probably not as funny as I remember but I think it cracked me up at the time.

 

I actually really enjoy the Chasing Shadows EP more than most of Dreamwalker.

 

The blink182italia page also claimed second half of May, so this is consistent

 

same TBH even though he weaved another wicker basket on that one IIRC

Mark's Apple Music show is on Tuesday I think? So I wonder if we'll get the single on the Monday or if they'll debut it on the Tuesday on his show.
