In a polite effort to understand your perspective, can you please point to examples from other users that made you feel like this was an unwelcome environment.

I hope this album really blows up for them. It seemed Black Mile, to my surprise, really pushed the band out to more of an audience? Could solely be some of my group of friends seeming to discover them from Black Mile.

If we all just stop talking about and responding to this ridiculousness, the ridiculousness will stop

You and me both. Black Mile seems to have given them a ton of exposure to a larger audience.

Manchester has a range of heavy songs and tame tracks throughout the catalogue, they could open for a variety of larger bands.

    Motel. Money. Murder. Madness.

They’re absolutely going to be synced around the spectrum for this record.

The push for making even bigger media appearances for this record is going to be much much bigger than BM.

The songs, not the band. But maybe?

Sync seems to be the name of the game lately for them. BM got a LOT of sync in commercials, movies, trailers, and sporting events.

We reach for the longest shadow

I read BM as Black Metal for a second and was very confused but intrigued.

I don't really find it all that surprising that Black Mile got them a lot more exposure. The sound was much more polished, and Andy's voice really came into it's own in that record. For "mainstream" (I don't really know what this means anymore) appeal, I think METN was too raw, SM a little too weird, COPE a little too RAWK (though that helps to some degree), and I really think Black Mile brought all of that together in a more palatable package for new listeners.

    Sync money is real money.

And also gets your name out there with film/tv people for possible soundtrack work.

I started hearing The Gold in CVS and my grocery store, so you’re definitely not wrong.

I got three, wanna fight about it?!

Granted, I was dealing with car troubles at the time and rushed to get the Patreon exclusive without seeing the other options. Then ordered the color I liked and went to cancel the Patreon but after it sold out so quickly decided to keep it. THEN I saw the deluxe, slipmat and shirts ... three orders later and my pre-ordeal was over.

Your money. Glad to see people going above and beyond. I just don’t buy a bunch of vinyl like a bunch of people. I’ll buy a digital copy online. My money. Less stressful that way.your story is funny though hahaha

I really haven’t a bought a vinyl outside of purchasing at a show where bands set price and copy in hand.

whats the measure? Number of shows, vinyls, patreon level....people would lose their minds.

I’d lose for sure and I’m a big fan of the band. Some people here are hardcore fans.
