This thread is 'yikes' currently. Anyway, I am dying to know what is different about deluxe.

 

It’s amazing how people would rather single out and pick fights with one user rather than look inward and try to figure out why it is that multiple people have said they aren’t comfortable posting in this thread.

 

Imagine finding this thread in ten years thinking you'll see 125 pages of hype and speculation from the lead up to your favorite album, but it's actually just infighting and people talking about their dicks

 

Pretty sure they signed them? I don't know why there was such intense secrecy around this.

 

Everytime I see your name I get reminded that we'll likely never experience Cricket and Clover and then I get sad

 

I have faith the songs will make it out someday.

 

ManchesterOrch8 refuses to even tell me. Apparently, it's something big that Andy has specifically asked not to be shared with the class until people have a chance to get it.

Should he probably have just not said anything? Probably.

Was he thinking he was drumming up hype and getting more people to get the Deluxe to be part of it? Probably.

I have an inkling of an idea of what it may be, that may be wrong, and if it is the case, I can understand why Andy would not want it to get out early.

 

Am I allowed to give a yes or no to the above post, PHaynes, and anyone else who thinks I’m ~toxic~?

I mean there were posts about how great of guys the band are and how we should support them because they’re good people and thank them for paying out of pocket to ship albums on time. It’s pretty idol-worship-y to me.

these posts in particular if you’re demanding examples. In one breath you say that you just know someone and run in the same circles as them, and then the next there are posts like this. It’s weird, and it’s why I haven’t felt the need to contribute to this thread much

Idk but being told to thank the band after most people in here bought some version of the record was pretty weird man
