@phaynes12 I saw your (negative) comment about BB III back there. Do you dislike the whole thing or just think it's the weakest thing they've put out. I agree with the latter.

 

definitely don’t dislike the whole thing but i dislike a lot more than i like and definitely think it’s their weakest. i get the vibe they were in post-swiss army man but the first two albums are some of my favorites from both ManOrch and KD so it definitely disappointed me a lot

 

also people are allowed to be negative about bands they like lol. when did the internet turn into a place where criticism wasn’t allowed

Nice little tune. Found it hard to make out a lot of the lyrics though.

 

I like it but to me it’s nothing special. It’s fine.

 

I don’t hate Telegraph but don’t love it either. Keel Timing took some time though. I want to see how it all flows together in the context of an album.

 

For those who have heard the record does this stand as a split between the first and second half? It feels like a transitional track

Okay this is probably the best of the three singles. Sounds like if the softer songs off of Virgin mixed seamlessly with ABMTTS. Dig it.

 

bed head is closer to the best song of the year than telepath is to the best of the three singles

I'd say the transition starts with Annie, the last Side A track

 

Is the embargo just non-existent at this point? Are people just posting early? Someone mentioned Europe not having one.

Manchester Orchestra return with their most cinematic and heartfelt record to date.

 

The embargo in Europe lifted Monday so that’s why I’m getting my review out in front of release in two days!

It's not even 10 am yet and I'm ready to sob. That was a lovely track and I think it might be my favorite of the three singles released so far.

 

This track is gorgeous. Really looking forward to hearing the whole thing - based on the gist of the comments in here, I'm assuming it has leaked?

Can anyone give me a TL;DR consensus of what we think of the album? Lol
