Also, everyone was pretty good masking/distancing and the stadium did actually have people enforcing it. Felt fairly safe especially as we were all vaccinated and the attendance cap is so low here

 

I’ll probably be going to the Trop on Friday or Saturday. Almost certain to have plenty of distancing.

Pioneer League Trying Home Run Derby Instead of Extra Innings

 

i'm not a fan of overtime rules that are a completely different game than what was played. i.e. shootouts in NHL.
fun to watch, but i don't like it determining a winner. a HR derby would be worse, imo.

 

The extra inning rule/7 inning double header rule just because covid is fine . Theres going to be a ton of games to makeup so I get it.

I don't hate the runner on 2nd rule...but id implement it after like the 12th inning or something.
