How the mets have 7 wins already is absolutely beyond me. this team is so goddamn flat offensively.

 

It’s like this team can’t hit well all at once. Feels like it’s been like this the past few years. You have a few guys hitting well and the rest suck, then those guys start doing bad and someone else starts hitting. Cant win like that.

I'm happy with the outfield we have now but man, I hated that we traded Grisham over an error that only happened because Hader forgot how to throw strikes in the wild card game. Also can't believe the other guy in that deal was traded for Yu Darvish.

 

I miss Trent a ton but at least right now our OF isn't hurting for talent and production haha

 

his ERA is 0.37 haha

I got so confused as to why the Pirates were bringing in their closer in the 7th. As soon as the inning ended, they started celebrating and it hit me that I once again forgot about the 7 inning double headers. I guess I'll never get used to it.
