For my purposes, I probably wont need to upgrade my 2019 iPad Pro 12.9" for some time, but boy is the $600 credit towards a new one tempting lol

 

do not buy any of the amazon products if you want something that isn't a pos. seriously. they are terrible.

Go with Roku 4K or the apple tv. I like both and I have all 3 currently. Roku is more solid IMHO than the Apple TV. Have to do restarts on the apple tv or update an app more than I do the Roku. Roku just seems to always work for me. Apple TV usually is fine after a restart but definitely do not buy an amazon product in this area.

 

I’m buying that Apple TV remote so hard on 4/30.

 

I think I’m fine with my current Apple TV 4K. My LG OLED looks incredible and I don’t mind the Siri Remote at all. My movies library can take a while to load though but everything else is super snappy. Defo not worth paying £179 for. Credit to the longevity of Apple devices!

Those Macs though.. I really don’t need a desktop alongside my MacBook Pro and iPad Pro but boy do I want one.

 

the moment my LG doesn't support an app anymore, im getting the new Apple TV. that calibration tool is SO GOOD. Will likely grab myself a 4 pack or AirTags and I can't wait to see the 30" version of this iMac!

went and picked up a titanium Apple Watch edition today LOL

 

I'm hoping we get some kind of budget friendly display that looks like these new Macs. Also pretty disappointed with no space gray. I have a matching mouse/keyboard for my MBP and it's so sleek.

New iPads are crazy tho

 

Also, kinda weird that the Mac can only be configured to 16GB RAM but the MBPs go up to 32.

 

gonna get airtags for my keys and probably the belkin case and airtags for both of the dogs. super excited.

 

Just went ahead and grabbed AirPod Pros for $197 today. I'm not waiting another 6 months for an upgrade.

I have a 2019 iMac so I don't need to upgrade right now. I do wish I would have gone with a bigger SSD though. I eat up 256GB real quick with podcast and video files now. I bought a 1TB external to help, but whatever I upgrade to next will definitely have a 1TB SSD.

 

I like mine! I have weird ears so they don’t seat as well as they do for most, but they’re awesome for walks, errands, etc.

 

I’ve been wanting a M1 MacBook but can’t justify it since I was gifted a windows laptop last year. But I can justify a new iPad

Same model year iMac (27")... was hoping to see some better/more exciting stuff with the new iMac (like the 30" that was rumored about). I immediately purchased a Samsung T5 1TB SSD to be the main boot/HD and it's just so much faster. Just got a 2TB T7 drive this weekend and did a clean install and it's like a whole new computer. I'd highly rec even grabbing a T5 for if you can ($99 for 500GB, $160 for 1 TB).

 

How these MF’ers gonna release purple after I got my blue phone for Christmas. Ughhhhh tempting

 

Yeah, I picked up a 1TB T7 a while back. I just download all of the big files there and then pull them into Logic or Premiere as needed. But then I still need to archive the Logic project files weekly. Some end up being like 20GB just because of how long the podcasts are and the original files are usually stereo wav files. It's not a perfect setup but it works. Videos seem to lag in Premiere no matter what I do though.

 

I’m only just now catching up on the event stuff. Remote is a must buy, and I’ve got a use for a 4-pack of tags so I’m picking those up. Stoked for more Ted Lasso. And I have no use for one ever, but gosh I love the white bezel on the new iMac, and that entire product feels like a classic Apple product.

Have you maxed out the RAM? The initial 8GB was just brutally low using PS, upping to 32GB helped out a lot. Would love to max it at I think 128GB but may just hold off on that until an M2 iMac comes out.
