I'm hoping that herself titled will create some new country Swift fans. Some of those songs with updated vocals I think will sound very nice. Can't wait for everyone to catch on to cold as you. The original album has a lot of male backing vocals and I really hope she does away with those and just harmonizes with herself or whatever

 

will she get Tim and Faith on Tim McGraw though

Same. I feel like "You All Over Me" is Maren Morris singing the same harmony that Chapman would have sung.

 

My bf was saying he was glad his friend listens to him talk about anime cause I watch it with him but dont discuss it after with him and I was like well I don't make you listen to me talk about Taylor Swift. And he says I do. Lmao. He doesn't even know. I keep so much inside!!!

 

His friends wife said she would listen to me talk about Taylor Swift and now we're discussing this re-release. She doesn't think love story sounds any different. I think the Rome-OH part is v different

the guitar on the intro to "white horse" sounds wayyyy more natural to my ears on first listen compared to the original

 

forreal can't tell if it's my headphones / apple music quality but what is going on with that snare

 

So did Taylor do a Keith Urban collab 13 years ago only to never release it for some reason? Or did she just bring him on for the re-recorded version?

that makes more sense. so she still wrote the song back in 08 but then it was probably just a solo version / maybe a collab where the voices just didn't mesh right so she cut it?

fifteen gave me chills. captures that magic. love it.

 

cannot stand the rerecording of the title track, it sounds like light remix of the original and the balance is all off

whatever, i'm not the biggest fan of this project, but i'm looking forward to the rest of the vault tracks
