There’s too much money on the line for these festivals not to happen; they will go ahead, but they are going to have to strengthen safety precautions. I foresee it being the status quo to require a vaccine passport. New York has already started moving towards that.

 

Rob Zombie added as a headliner for Upheaval Festival this July in MI.

 

Fake vaccine cards are going to be the new fake IDs. Calling it now.

 

Speaking of vaccines. Illinois opened up 25k dose one appointments on Sunday at a few of the community sites and they were gone in under 2 hours. At one point there was over 50k people waiting. I’m going today in a few hours.

 

Yeah it's pretty much effortless to get one here now, assuming because of so many people refusing to get it. I got my first on Monday!

 

I still am not eligible to get mine yet :(

The Wisconsin festival is basically the Grand Rapids festival with Friday and Sunday flip flopped and all I'm thinking is how we got cheated out of a Limp Bizkit / Snoop Dogg day lmao

Again? I mean I know it'll have been close to two years since they last did it when it happens, it just seems weird for your first tour back to be the same one you did last. Unless it was supposed to be a leg II of the Diseased & Disguised tour that was supposed to happen in 2020.

Both bands became really good friends on that tour, so I think they just wanted to hang out together on tour again.

I think I'm going to start buying tickets to shows I couldn't care less about just to get that high of buying concert tickets again.

 

i think i'm going to do the opposite and be kinda picky so i can make sure my first show back is one that i am really stoked about. i say that now, but i'll probably end up going to the first show i can, even if it's some local band i don't know.

 

I am...not confident about this happening in Toronto

is that gonna stop me from immediately buying tickets like the dumbass I am?? nope!
