I'll be going to all three too!!

I've seen them support Finch in 03 and Incubus in 04. Every other tour has always been headline.

Over £40 to see a short set and then leave before Biffy Clyro go on?

    Pass.

Master of not knowing what the hell I'm doing.

I don't really get doing this at gigs in general. Unless the headliners are atrocious (which Biffy certainly aren't), I don't understand why you'd leave early if you'd already paid for it.

    Someday I’ll find me Prestigious

I left after Brand New when I saw them in July. Not enough of a fan of Modest Mouse (I don't dislike them) to stay for another two hours when I could make the two hour drive home instead.

$75 dollars to see Brand New, and only Brand New. Worth it.

I think a co-headline is slightly different; they're the main attraction and are what justify the ticket price.

    This is a valid point.

I wouldn't of predicted this when I was asking who they would tour with next. Opening for Biffy Clyro lol. Cool I guess

Uk headlining tour openers I predict either Basement, Dinosaur Pile-up, cymbals eat guitars or The Xcerts

brand new is pretty boring with openers generally, i've noticed. was cool when they brought foxing and TWIABP out but generally it seems the same bands

They opened for Dashboard Confessional in 06. That was the first time I saw them.

If it was the Xcerts it'd be one of my dream lineups. I'd also be well happy with Dinosaur Pile-up.

Brand New have always had great openers. MewithoutYou, The Xcerts, Manchester Orchestra, Thrice, Glassjaw, Moneen, Straylight Run.

Didn't you see the 2012 tour with them and I Am The Avalanche as the support?

Memories are nice, but that's all they are. Prestigious

I saw Brand New with Cursive & An Horse in Canada years ago, those were some great openers. Jesse even played bass for An Horse.

Please not Basement again, they're so weak. Saw them at Manchester Gorilla with Dinosaur Pile Up and that was cool

Yeah, Basement and Dinosaur Pile Up are both weak for me. They were so boring when they supported them in Sheffield and Birmingham respectively last year.

awesome and "boring" aren't mutually exclusive
they just choose the same sort of bands and reuse bands a lot

I thought Basement were fantastic supporting Brand New at Ally Pally. Agreed about them being samey with their openers- although the UK tour where they had Saves the Day and The Front Bottoms, though different, really sucked- Saves the Day were so dull.

Dinosaur Pile Up were a bit dull. Saves The Day a few years back weren't great either, but the crowd really weren't into them and TFB should have been main support. Mewithoutyou back in 2007 when I saw them in a tiny club in Munich with BN were fantastic.

TFB were so much fun. Really liked DPU as well actually- particularly nature/nurture with Jesse.

Damn I'm going to be in London for my honeymoon like a week before Brand New is there.

Time to reschedule or extend the honeymoon.
