This is great. Strokes meets Bloc Party and a touch of emo with fuzz pedals

 

Review coming Mondayyyyy instead, got vaccinated this week so that kinda threw me off a little but I'll post it up when it's live!

 

"I Want to Kill You" is the vibe of most part of the album

Death Dance and Pedestal are top songs.

 

Winter Buds is another standout for me. Reminds me of Seahaven.

Are by far my favorites on here, but all of it is great, still not vibing with Fight Beat though.

also, Big Mouth should be in the album, it would fit perfectly

 

Damn I forgot about Big Mouth, should have definitely replaced Fight Beat with it. It kinda has a similar beat as it, but Big Mouth is so much more dynamic and better.

 

It is 10am on Friday in Korea right now, but this still isn't on Spotify and now I have nothing to listen to while making eggs.

 

listen to the self titled Spice album from last year for no other reason than im listening to it rn and its one of my favorites of 2020

 

Just really really hoping this has some lasting value for me. I usually like Citizen records right off the bat, but it doesn’t take long for me to pretty sparingly go back to them outside a few select songs

 

Normally i don't buy records sound unheard but going to my local record shop tomorrow and pick it up, loving the singles so far and sounds like most of y'all love it so far

Yup!

 

My first impression is this is a lot more "indie" sounding than I originally expected. But it's really good tho.

 

This album is very good.
