Sugar Ray has been a bucket list band of mine for the longest time.

 

I never miss an opportunity to see NFG live. Think what you will about their recent output, but they’re a fantastic live band. So much energy

 

I was excited about these shows until I realized they’re on Thursday nights. I’m assuming they did that on purpose so they don’t get too big a crowd.

 

Why Limited-Capacity Concerts Just Don't Make Sense

 

My state just announced today that they expect to have the vaccine available to all adults who want it by July 1st. Going by that timeline, and assuming that eventually they'll make it easier to get an appointment, is it in the right ballpark to say around October is when events might return in some form?

 

That seems like a reasonable timeline. There will be tons of “socially distanced”, “pod”, and “drive-in” shows throughout the summer. It’s looking like anyone who wants to be vaccinated can by the end of the summer. It will take time to scale back up to full capacity, but don’t be surprised to see butt rock bands doing it in a few months.

They're probably the most self-aware of the 90s bands and realize why people are coming to the show. Be entertaining, play the hits, and get off stage.

I don’t see why that couldn’t happen. The large majority of the population here will more than likely be vaccinated by that time, and as a result, active case numbers will be low.

I just realized they have all the bands that are on the Parkway Drive tour, except for Parkway Drive. And I think they would fit the bill tbh

I was under the impression it was Gleason.

 

They also have Killswitch and August Burns Red but no Light The Tourch from that tour that was being rescheduled. Wonder what other tours will come out of this
